What is the return policy?

Returns and Exchanges:

If you change your mind, you can return your items to us within 10 days of receiving your order. We offer store credits, which are valid for up to 2 years. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging. Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If a parcel is returned to sender, the re-shipping costs will also be the customer’s responsibility.

Taxes:

For international orders outside of Australia, the customer is responsible for any import taxes and duties.

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

Once your package is handed over to the postal service, we are not responsible for its delivery. If there are any delivery issues, please contact your local courier directly.

When will I get my order?

Product will be dispatched within 1 business day.

Please note: delivery times can vary depending on location and during peak periods.

Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been placed. 


We are also unable to deliver to freight forwarded or PO Box addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
